WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

-Card Payments Through Our ATM Machine
We also do Lay-By but please be aware, the item(s) will only ship when they have been FULLY paid off.

SHIPPING, PRICING AND GST
All prices listed on our website are WITH GST INCLUDED! There will not be any additional cost added to the price listed other than:
-Shipping (once agreed upon with customer).
-Extras wanted by customer.
Please contact us for a shipping quote. We have accounts will most couriers in Australia and will recommend the best shipping methods for you, E.G. Cheapest/Median/Fastest. You can then decide on the method or, if you prefer a certain courier, we can post with them.
Local pickup is available and the address will be given either by Email or Phone. Local pickup will not incur any shipping fees.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please choose carefully when purchasing a product as any cancellations incur a 10% restocking fee.
If the wrong item is bought by accident and then the correct one purchased , there will be no fee. However, change of mind will incur the 10% fee.
We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
When do items need to be returned by?
30 Days from date of purchase or within 2 months of a warranty claim where the customer has been refunded.
Australia Industrial Group will pay return freight if the item is faulty.

Our site will constantly be getting updated with new products and information. We have thousands of products and its not possible to list them all at once.
If we dont have a product, we can source ANYTHING to do with welding so please, if you don't see an item you're interested in, just email or call us.
Price lists can be provided for bigger companies that would like to use us as a supplier.
